Wayne Brady - "A Long Time Coming" Album Review!

Wayne Brady already showed what an amazing artist he is with his improv, screenwriter, and dance skills on "Whose Line is it Anyway". Now, he's about to release his first album titled "A Long Time Coming", and after reviewing the album Music2Nite can truly say that it was indeed a long time coming! Wayne Brady has it all: improv, dance, singing, screenwriting skills and an amazing fun loving charisma!

Let's talk about the album!

"Ordinary" is the first single of the album, it is a mid-tempo song which embraces love and life. A great song guaranteed to lift your spirits!

"Can't Buy Me Love", "A Change Is Gonna Come", and "All I Do" are covers of the Beatles, Sam Cooke, and Stevie Wonder. All three tracks are sung with a beautiful soulful melody.

"F.W.B"'s melody reminded me of Soul II Soul, which was a great surprise!

"Make Heaven Wait" is about the loss of a loved one. Wayne Brady does a great job in making you feel his loss. It's a gorgeous ballad.

"Back In The Day" and "I Ain't Movin" are catchy upbeat songs, if you want to get up on your feet and dance these are some great tracks to groove on!

"Beautiful Ugly", and "All Naturally" are modern R&B songs, which could resemble Usher's style.

"You And Me" is another touching and amazing soulful ballad.

Last but not least "Sweetest Berry" is a delicious, mid tempo, soul song dedicated to that special someone.

1. Ordinary
2. F.W.B
3. Can't Buy Me Love
